Luke Womack
Founder + Board Member
In college, Luke Womack had a radically transformative experience. With a lamentable life ambition to be rich for selfish gain, God introduced him to a better vision for his life. A campus pastor explained to him that the Bible is a story of God’s glory (not his own notoriety). Sadly, many “unreached” people did not have access to this great story. In 2010, Luke led a mission trip to India and encountered people without Gospel access. Starting then, his lamentable ambition shifted to connect more precisely, and Biblically, with Paul’s ambition in Romans 15:20 to “preach the Gospel where Christ has never been named.” After discovering the primary barrier of student debt for aspiring missionaries, Luke started AIRO in 2014. Luke has a Bachelor’s in Business Administration from California Baptist University (2011). He lives with his wife, Allison, and four children (ages 9, 7, 6, and 1), in Anaheim Hills, California.
