Our Team

Core Values

Our core values are a set of critical guiding principles for AIRO. They tell us who we are and who we are becoming. They help us to determine how to make big and small decisions. They also help us to answer questions such as “Do we have the right people on the team?” and “Who do we hire next?” Outside of our vision and mission, there is nothing more important than our core values. Our vision tells us where we are headed, our mission tells us how we get there, and our core values tell us how to behave along the way. When we live out these core values, we advance our vision faster, better, and with greater sense of mutual purpose.
